Jim Kastor

• Before getting serious in the hobby, Jim attended a train show. His wife Peggy spied a W&LE engine, and since she had a relative that was a conductor on the Wheeling, she asked Jim whether if he build a layout, would it feature the W&LE.  Wise man that he was Jim said yes, and he has been involved with model trains ever since.
• Favorite Railroad - Wheeling and Lake Erie  (of course!)
• Builder of Custom Layouts.  His wife Peggy assisting, and being the best at track ballasting that Jim has ever seen.
• Was involved in renovating the old O gauge M&SE layout at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry
• Worked in a Hobby Shop in the Columbus Ohio area, and has sold and installed Digitrax equipment.
• Former member of the Central Ohio Model Railroad Club.
